Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Once we receive a return from you (with all of the proper information), we will credit your account and notify you.

You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card.

Cancel Your Order

Orders Not Received/ Damaged Product Claims

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address.

If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot credit our customers.

We will pursue a claim with carrier on behalf of the customer that they didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from carrier, we will credit the customers account.

If determines that there was in fact product missing from the package, we will credit customers account immediately.

Each  package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely.

If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged, the customer may file a claim through or their Paypal account.

After receiving the claim,, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection.

After inspection, we will pursue a claim with carrier on behalf of the customer that they didn't deliver the product in a safe manner.
